ctx System-ComponentModel-ITypeDescriptorContext 用于类型转换的 ITypeDescriptorContext 对象。
ci System-Globalization-CultureInfo 转换期间使用的 CultureInfo 对象。
data System-Object 要转换的 String 对象。
返回值 System.Object 如果 data 参数是 String“infinite”，则为 MaxValue；否则为以秒表示 data 参数的 TimeSpan。

提示和注释

系统在读取配置文件时，使用 ConvertFrom 将 String 值转换为 TimeSpan，或将 String“infinite”转换为 MaxValue。
