提示和注释
此方法等效于 StreamWriter(String, Boolean) 构造函数重载。 如果由 path 指定的文件不存在，则创建该文件。 如果该文件存在，则对 StreamWriter 的写入操作将文本追加到该文件。 允许其他线程在文件打开后读取该文件。
允许 path 参数指定相对或绝对路径信息。 相对路径信息被解释为相对于当前工作目录。 若要获取当前工作目录，请参见 GetCurrentDirectory。
path 参数不区分大小写。
