quotas System-Xml-XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas 要应用于读取器的 XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas。
maxBufferSize System-Int32 允许的缓冲区最大大小。
onClose System-Xml-OnXmlDictionaryReaderClose 发生 onClose 事件时要使用的委托。
